FOUNDER / Managing Director

  • Glenn Paulis the face of Gapcomm and has been leading the business since its early days more than 25 years ago.

    Known for his open, honest approach, Glenn has built the company on long-standing client relationships and repeat work.

    He stays closely involved in every project and takes the time to understand both client needs and the team behind the work. 

    • Started GAP Carpentry & Installations in 1994 
    • Transitioned the business to Gapcomm Interiors Pty Ltd in 2006 
    • Continues to lead Gapcomm as Managing Director today

  • What is your office nickname, and how did you get it?

    GP, because my name is Glenn Paul.

Wayne
operations Manager

  • Wayne brings more than 20 years’ experience managing office fitouts and furnishings.

    With a background in large-scale production management, he brings structure, systems and a steady hand to Gapcomm’s operations.

    Wayne oversees the company’s management systems, including Work Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, ensuring projects run safely, smoothly and to the highest standards.

Nathan
Projects Director

  • Nathan has been part of the Gapcomm story for decades. Starting as an installer in 1998, he built his career in the fitout industry before spending time in the UK running his own handyman business.

    Since returning to Gapcomm in 2012, Nathan has become a highly respected Project Manager known for his practical experience, leadership on site and ability to deliver complex projects.

Andrew
Senior project manager

  • Andrew is a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial furniture and fitouts.

    Before moving into project management, he spent 10 years working in the furniture industry, managing client relationships and installation projects.

    Known for his calm approach and strong organisational skills, Andrew excels at logistics, subcontractor coordination and keeping projects running smoothly.

    Fish, because my surname is Herring 

Jonathon
Senior project manager

  • Jonathon brings valuable hands-on experience in cabinetmaking and joinery, giving him a deep understanding of how projects come together on site.

    Known for his attention to detail and high standards, he takes pride in delivering well-executed fitouts and ensuring every project meets the expectations of both the team and our clients.

  • Matt joined Gapcomm as a Project Manager with a background in the plumbing industry.

    His practical trade experience gives him a strong understanding of services coordination and on-site delivery, helping ensure projects run efficiently from planning through to completion.

Roseanna
Interior design director

  • Rosie brings more than 35 years’ experience in commercial interior design, specialising in corporate office environments.

    Her career has taken her across Perth, Melbourne, Singapore and Sydney, delivering thoughtful, well-resolved workplaces for a wide range of clients.

    With deep industry knowledge and a calm, practical approach, Roseanna leads the design team to create spaces that are both functional and beautifully considered.

  • Do you have a work related motto or mantra?

    Good design is creativity and the coordination to make it real. 

Kylie

  • Kylie is a Senior Interior Designer with formal qualifications in Interior Design and broad industry experience across workplace, retail and hospitality projects.

    With a strong interest in branding and how people experience spaces, she enjoys shaping environments that feel both purposeful and engaging. Her past work includes international projects, bringing design experience to the Gapcomm design team.

    Kylie has experience in the management of clients, other designers and drafts-people and expects a high level of workmanship in office and on site.

  • Best career advice you've ever received?

    Learned more than received, but “always go to the boss with a solution, not just the problem”.

Project manager

  • Matt joined Gapcomm after a long career in the public service, where he held numerous managerial and supervisory roles. He has built experience in residential and commercial construction, bringing practical knowledge, common sense, and strong decision-making to every project.

    Matt’s experience and steady approach make him a trusted member of the Gapcomm team.

  • Nick has been part of the Gapcomm team since 2021, working closely with project managers, trades and clients to keep sites running smoothly. He plays a key role in coordinating people and works on site.

    Nick helps ensure projects stay on track and are delivered to the high standards our clients expect.

  • Aimen has been part of Gapcomm since 2022, bringing knowledge and enthusiasm to every project. He has experience on small to large commercial construction jobs and enjoys working closely with our project managers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
